Who is responsible.

The controller of your data is REFYCONS EJEA 2018 S.L., tax ID (CIF) B99512766, with registered office at Calle de la Libertad 16, 50600 Ejea de los Caballeros (Zaragoza, Spain). You can write to us at refycons2018@gmail.com.

What we use your data for.

We process the data from the contact form solely to answer your request for information or a quote: name, phone, email and message. We do not use it for any other purpose or pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis.

We process your data on two bases under article 6 GDPR: your consent, which you give by ticking the box and sending the form, and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request when what you ask for is a quote.

Who else processes it.

The form is sent from our hosting server, contracted with Webempresa Europa S.L. (data processor, servers in the European Union). The message reaches our mailbox, a Google service certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We do not share your data with anyone else or use it for commercial purposes.

How long we keep it.

We keep messages for a maximum of one year from the last communication, unless you commission the work from us (they are then kept for as long as the relationship and the legal time limits last) or the law requires otherwise.

Your rights.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to refycons2018@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies and your browser.

This website does not use cookies: neither its own nor third-party ones, nor analytics or advertising cookies. That is why you will not see any cookie banner. The only things stored in your browser's local storage are two preferences: the theme (day/night), under the key refycons-theme, and the language if you choose it yourself, under the key refycons-lang. They never leave your device, do not identify you and you can delete them at any time from your browser settings. This use is exempt from consent (art. 22.2 LSSI).
